Move-In Information
Substancia Property Management extends a warm welcome to our community and thanks you for choosing us as your new home. As you prepare for your move, here are a few helpful reminders. Your new home address will be provided upon leasing and may vary based on the building's location.
Renters Insurance & Utilities
All residents are required to maintain $100,000 in liability renters insurance coverage. Proof of insurance must be provided before move-in day. Failure to provide valid proof of the required liability insurance on move-in day will result in the inability to sign a lease or receive keys. While additional personal property coverage may be obtained, it is not required.
Proof of utility service activation is also required prior to move-in. Utilities must be set up in the resident’s name and documentation must be provided before keys can be released.
