There is a $15 per month laundry access fee - waived for your first year! We cover water, trash and sewage. Residents are responsible for electric and internet/cable. This is a pet friendly community. Breed and size restrictions apply. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee, per pet -- 2 pets max.
